On Monday, 9 January, between 07:30 and 07:45 a.m. CET, we will roll out a hotfix to all Boltrics (private) cloud customers.

Why? Several customers indicated that a browser kept loading (looping) without working. We will resolve this issue with this fix.

Scope: All Boltrics (private) cloud clients on version 21.

Impact: Within this time window, all active sessions are closed. You can log in again immediately afterward. Note: It is not a release of code in your environment but an adjustment to the service tier.

If you run into a problem, please submit a ticket via our portal or through your partner.

This will not be fixed for version 20 or lower.
