We are pleased to report that Microsoft has started rolling out the hotfix addressing the random crashes in the Web Client experienced after updating to BC25.

Most customers have reported no further occurrences of this issue. If you continue to experience crashes or related issues, please contact our support team for further assistance.

Investigating

We have received multiple reports from several customers experiencing random crashes in the Web Client after updating to BC25. The error message displayed during these crashes is consistently: “An error has occurred.”

This issue has been escalated to Microsoft, who have confirmed that it is a known problem. A hotfix to address this issue is currently in progress and will be included in version 25.0.26806.

We are monitoring the situation closely and will provide updates regarding the release of the hotfix and any interim workarounds as they become available.
