Dutch Customs Systems Unavailable

All previously affected Dutch Customs (Douane) services are fully operational again as of 11:19 CET. The emergency and fallback procedures are no longer applicable.

Several core services from the Dutch Customs (Douane) are currently unavailable, including:

• Requesting VAT Party information
• Requesting Guarantee information
• Entry of goods to the EU (Single Window)
• Exit from the EU (Single Window)
• Import to EU, Export from EU and Storage (DMS)
• Ship stores (Single Window)
• Customs E-Commerce (Deco)
• Transport (NCTS phase 5)
• Entry of goods to the EU (ICS2) – limited availability

This outage affects customs-related integrations and may result in delays or failed transmissions.
