Recovering

Microsoft has fixed the core issue and is now waiting for things to recover. Performance should return to normal. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this has caused.

Current Status: After our investigation, we identified that a portion of the infrastructure responsible for environment access experienced a capacity constraint. We are performing a scale-out, and monitoring service diagnostics for environment access to restored.
