The earlier issue causing DMS messages to be stuck in a loop has been resolved. Message processing is now functioning as expected.
However, it is possible that some messages were not processed. If you are missing a message, please contact Customs to request a resend.

We are still experiencing irregularities in the processing of DMS messages. It appears that some messages are stuck in a loop and are not being processed as expected. We are in contact with Customs regarding the issue; however, they are currently unable to clear the affected inbox.
Our team is treating this with the highest priority and is actively working on a solution to process the pending messages as soon as possible.

Incoming messages for Customs are being received and processed. However, a backlog is causing some delays in processing. In certain cases, messages may be received more than once, resulting in duplicate processing.
Our teams are actively monitoring the message flow. The inbox is still relatively full, but messages continue to arrive and are being handled.

Incoming messages for DVA and DMS are now being received and processed correctly.

We are currently investigating an issue affecting incoming messages from Customs. Outgoing messages are being processed correctly, but no incoming messages are being received. This follows a technical change implemented at Customs earlier this morning.
