Performance Degradation

Resolved
Resolved

We are pleased to confirm that the recent incident has been fully resolved. Microsoft has provided the following details regarding the root cause and resolution:

Preliminary root cause: High resource utilization within a portion of the cluster infrastructure responsible for supporting environment login functionality. We’re reviewing our code for improved performance and potential automated recovery options to reduce or avoid similar issues in the future.

Resolution: We have finished applying manual configuration changes to the impacted portion of our cluster infrastructure and have migrated portions of traffic to redundant cluster infrastructure to alleviate capacity constraints. After confirming with the impacted tenants, we confirmed that the performance was improved and issues no longer persists at the moment.
