Update: The issue with the copy from the production environment (PROD) to the RAPP environment appears to be resolved.
Next Steps: We have already redeployed all RAPP environments that were not successfully processed earlier today. Please expect your environment to come online within the next 30 minutes.

The scheduled copy from the production environment (PROD) to the RAPP environment did not run successfully last night for Microsoft Cloud customers. As a result, no RAPP environments are currently available. A manual copy attempt also failed to resolve the issue.
Action: The issue has been reported to Microsoft, and we are working with them to find a solution.
