We have received reports over performance degradation affecting several Microsoft Cloud Business Central environment, leading to slower web service calls and delayed responses in the web client. We have reported this to Microsoft for investigation to determine if it may be related to underlying infrastructure issues. We are working closely with Microsoft to diagnose and resolve the issue as swiftly as possible.
As a possible workaround, please call our Support team to request an immediate Restart of the environment.
