We will delete the newly created test environments. They will be recreated 7 days prior to your scheduled production update, in line with the normal process.
We are currently experiencing an issue in our release pipelines causing test environments to be unintentionally released for multiple customers. As a result, automated emails may also be sent indicating that the test environment is ready. If your production update is scheduled for more than 7 days from now, you can ignore this email.
We are aware of the issue and are actively working on a resolution. We will provide a further update on this page once the issue has been mitigated.
